Long-term rental is $1450/month (minimum 12-month lease) and includes partial utilities (water and garbage), and up to 2 Incline resident cards. Offered fully furnished.
Summer rental is $2800/month (2 month minimum) and includes gas and electric.
Security Deposit: 1 month rent.
